Our client is a global producer of technology-based performance materials for manufacturers, focusing on four core segments: performance colors and glass; pigments, powders, and oxides; porcelain enamel; and tile coatings systems.
The Challenge
Our client required assistance in identifying their key stakeholders to craft more relevant and targeted messaging. In addition, they needed to develop standardized processes and proper implementation of a managed services team to support project development and ongoing marketing and communications efforts.
The Goal
As part of their ongoing efforts to communicate with customers, investors, and prospective employees more effectively, our client required a more consistent and defined process to leverage their Sitecore technology.
