Virtual Project Management, or VPM, is CEI's proprietary methodology for ensuring the highest level of client service and satisfaction. Through VPM, CEI provides a complete communication program, leveraging our expertise in leading-edge technologies, which maximizes our ability to serve you.
These key contacts are responsible for managing your overall account from top to bottom and are committed to responding to your needs within 24 hours of a request. CEI Program Managers are regularly tested on the leading-edge technologies that capture your interest. This ensures that they have the knowledge to best facilitate the placement of the right consultants for your project. Your Program Manager also maintains open lines of communication with you through semi-annual account reviews. Twice a year, they gather in-depth feedback on our service and performance. Your input is taken very seriously, and we make every effort to maintain or adjust our service levels to address your needs. Executive Management Sponsor
CEI's executive management is never far from the ongoing communication loop. On a quarterly basis, they make it their priority to monitor the level of service and satisfaction of all established CEI clients. Virtual Project Managers bridge the gap between consultant and client by providing remote management and guidance before and during the consulting engagement. The Virtual Project Manager applies SEI CMM Level 3 software development practices, including business and technology strategy, architecture, design, code and test reviews. Status is reported through regular meeting reports and a private online client update that shows you progress, risks and needed actions. Your Virtual Project Manager is also responsible for keeping you up to date on the latest industry trends through white papers and relevant industry reports developed by our internal research group. Principal Consultants provide on-site field support through close interaction with CEI consultants working with your team. These senior-level consultants are available to assist our clients on an as-needed basis. They also serve as mentors to our consultants, helping them address unique challenges and ensuring that they are equipped to deliver their maximum level of performance every step of the way. CEI's HR department develops personal support relationships with our consultants, providing ongoing coordination of relocation logistics, benefits and other personnel issues. A HR hotline gives our consultants immediate access to their human resources field support representative who serves as a liaison to any additional resources they may need. CEI also makes this hotline available to our clients. Business Representative
Your assigned business representative is responsible for initiating and maintaining a direct channel of communication to your accounting department. This is a standard part of our VPM process that ensures all billing matters are conducted correctly and accurately from the onset of the relationship throughout the duration of the project. |
