Exact Match Process

CEI's Exact Match 5-step process ensures that the consultants presented for your project are qualified, experienced and ready to meet any IT challenge.

         
Step 1: Candidate Identification
CEI has a large recruiting staff that is specialized, dedicated and focused on pro-actively recruiting active and passive candidates with leading edge skills. In addition to receiving on-going training on emerging technologies and industry trends, each recruiter specializes in a set of related emerging IT skills, enabling them to become experts in finding the most qualified talent for your particular project. Their search process applies leading-edge eRecruiting techniques including search techniques like link and domain search, stripping and peel-back of URLs, finding employee directories, lookups, mailing lists and newsgroups, discussion forums and associations. With recruiting offices in the U.S. and India and resources across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, CEI recruiters can find talent across the globe.
Step 2: Skillometer Test
CEI certifies the skills of all of its consultants through Skillometer, an online IT skill testing service that provides unbiased, online skills tests for today's leading technologies. Step 3: Technical Interview
Our full time technical experts take skills testing to the next level by verifying design, technical and problem-solving through a personal interview with each candidate. CEI's technical experts screen each candidate with your company's needs in mind, enabling him to identify your Exact Match. Building on the results of the skills test and expanding on the questions asked, the technical expert determines the candidate's ability to apply technical knowledge to your project. Step 4: Program Manager Assessment
CEI program managers drive the Exact Match process from start to finish. They spend time with the client one-on-one to uncover technical requirements, as well as soft skill preferences, like communication skills, personality and ability to comprehend business model implications. They also seek to understand the client's corporate culture. In fact, at the client's request, this process may also include a behavioral/cultural test to ensure that our candidates' behavior and work habits fit the company's working environment. The program manager's ultimate goal is to determine the best match of CEI consultants and your company's project.
Step 5: Technical Director Approval
CEI's Technical Directors conduct the final candidate screen with a review of all information gathered throughout the certification process and a final interview to verify your Exact Match. The Technical Director asks specific questions to determine how a candidate will approach a specific IT challenge or react in a particular situation. IT professionals are presented as CEI consultants only upon final approval of a Technical Director.
