eSCM < Back Created at Carnegie Mellon University, the eSourcing Capability Model for Service Providers (eSCM-SP) v2 helps IT-enabled sourcing service providers to appraise and improve their ability to provide high quality sourcing services. It also gives companies a way to differentiate themselves from their competition.
The eSCM-SP model goes beyond the CMM and CMMI model by including practices related to topics such as client relationships, negotiations, security and intellectual property.
