CEI offers blended delivery models that can be customized to fit each individual client's needs. Blended delivery enables you to maintain much of the design and project management in the US while development, testing and integration activities occur at CEI's offshore development center in Chennai, India. This delivery model works well for projects involving fluid requirements, rapid integration and interfacing between multiple applications.

In a typical blended delivery project, CEI's US team leads the way with optional business analysis, project management, specifications, user interface design, and architecture and design. The India team then works closely with the US team to complete the software design, development and QA tasks. The project is completed in the US with final user acceptance tests conducted by the US team. Your company works with both teams throughout the development lifecycle.
