1. Strategic Workshop Ensures that everyone understands what is needed, the benefits expected to be obtained and the relative priority of each phase of the project.
2. Architecture & Blueprint Captures the evolution of the company’s overall process and system areas necessary to achieve solution goals.
3. Prototype Creates a working process or system model to assess impacts of the program and its ability to meet the defined goals, before committing to the full implementation and rollout.
4. Detail Design Builds on Prototype results to finalize specific information about process and system interfaces, definitions of records management and compliance rules, etc.
5. Implementation Turns the detailed design into a full function process or system for final review and testing by the company.
6. Deployment Transitions the system from development to production through a series of phased rollouts to various user groups. Includes training sessions.
7. Benchmark Audit Audits deployment results against set benchmarks to ensure the program is meeting its original objectives.
