Raja holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Anna University, India. While still pursuing his Master's, Raja began his professional career as a software engineer. He worked for over five years at Formtek, a Lockheed Company. His sharp business acumen and leadership skills marked him as a star performer at Formtek where he quickly scaled the ranks from software engineer to manager of the software department. In 1992, Raja launched his own consulting and project management practice, a venture that was to become CEI. Raja’s entrepreneurial and business skills were nationally recognized in 2000 when he was a finalist for the Ernst & Young (US) Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Raja is also the recipient of the 2007 Smart Business Pacesetters Award for CEO excellence, which recognized his leadership both within Pittsburgh and the region. In 2008, Raja was awarded the Diamond Award by the Pittsburgh Business Times recognizing his effective leadership and his commitment to his employees and clients. Barry Zungre, Founding Partner & Board Member
Barry Zungre has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology marketing and sales management. Since his graduation from Duquesne University, Barry has contributed to the success and growth of companies with his sales, marketing, and account development expertise. His experience includes sales management for Burroughs Corporation, Ciber Software Consulting and Mastech Corporation. Throughout his career, Barry has been responsible for opening Fortune 500 accounts and launching major revenue-producing endeavors. As Co-CEO and Co-Founder of CEI, Barry has outlined marketing direction and set the tone for the sales practice. Barry holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
Michael Taylor, Controller
Mike joined CEI in 2006 as Controller. He has nine years of auditing, accounting and finance experience. He is responsible for the company's financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, oversight of the accounts payable and receivable functions, as well as the payroll and budget planning processes. Prior to joining CEI, Mike was Controller for AMC Settlement Services, a mortgage services company, since May 2003, and worked as a Senior Auditor at Schneider Downs, a large Pittsburgh regional public accounting firm. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
J. William A. Kenawell, COO/General Counsel & Partner
Will joined CEI in 1998 as its General Counsel and in 2005 was assigned the additional responsibilities of COO. As CEI's COO/General Counsel, Will combines years of prior experience as a commercial litigator with the practical experience as CEI's General Counsel to provide leadership and entrepreneurial spirit to all aspects of CEI operations including the Recruiting, Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Services departments. Will's prior experience includes time as a commercial litigator with Meyer, Unkovic & Scott and Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott. Prior to entering private practice, Will served a tour of duty as a Judge Advocate with the United States Marine Corps as a prosecutor and defense attorney where he attained the rank of Captain. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Anu Dittakavi, Human Resources Manager & Manager of Consultant Services
Anu joined CEI in 2006 as Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Manager, Consultant Services in July 2007. Prior to joining CEI, Anu headed the operations for a non-profit organization, SV Temple in Pittsburgh, PA and worked as Sr. Human Resources Manager at iGate for more than twelve years. Anu is a graduate of CMU with MPM degree, holds a certificate in computer operations from School of Computer Technology, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Andhra University, India.
Shailesh Bokil, Director of Recruiting & Partner
Shailesh has been with CEI since 1996 where he oversees the entire process for CEI's technical talent acquisition initiatives. His responsibilities include forecasting talent needs, planning recruitment initiatives, determining market values of diverse technical skills and researching new industry trends. In addition to being globally responsible for staffing all of CEI's projects and client staff augmentation needs, through the years he has been a part of a number of initiatives including offering in-house immigration support, opening the company' s first offshore office in Mumbai, and certifying the technical competency of all new technical hires. He is also responsible for understanding clients requirements and allocating the proper resources that fit the requirements. Shailesh's prior experience includes working for Pepsico, and Syspro Software Systems as an Oracle professional. Shailesh holds an MBA from Clemson University and is an active member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the Honor Society for Business.
Lonny Leseck, VP of AIS Sales & Partner
Lonny joined CEI in 2001 as Director of Client Solutions. In his current role as Vice President of AIS, he manages a team of 20 geographic sales professionals, focused on specific geographic markets, and 5 key accounts sales professionals, focused on large-placement clients, throughout the United States. Lonny has over 8 years experience working in the Information Technology Consulting and Solutions industry. His experience includes the marketing of client server, web-based solutions, as well as ERP applications. CEI’s growth in 2004 was largely the result of Lonny’s sales management success. His strengths are building long term relationships and strategic accounts by providing CEI clients with the value needed to help them achieve their business goals through Information Technology. Lonny holds a Bachelor's degree from Robert Morris University.
Kelly Duffy, Director of Key Accounts
Kelly joined CEI in 1998 as a Senior Account Manager focusing marketing/sales efforts in Western PA. In 2001, Kelly was promoted to Pittsburgh Branch Manager leading a local sales team focused on Western PA. In 2005, he was promoted to Principal & Director of Key Accounts. Kelly's responsibilities include the oversight of CEI's key accounts locally, as well as development of strategic business relationships with targeted key accounts nationally. Prior to joining CEI, Kelly was an Account Executive with IKON Document Services, where he focused on building and managing key accounts in select cities nationwide. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree from West Virginia University.
Kathy Pinto, Branch Manager of California Office & Partner
Kathy joined CEI in 2001 as a National Program Manager at CEI's Pittsburgh headquarters. In 2003, she was promoted to Branch Manager of CEI's Westlake Village, CA, office where she is responsible for enhancing profitability and growing market share within CEI's West Coast clientele. Under Kathy's oversight, the CA branch office earned 20% of CEI's total 2004 revenue. Prior to joining CEI, Kathy was a Senior Sales Associate at Metrocall Wireless Communications and was a two-time recipient of the National Achievement Award. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communications from John Carroll University.
Todd Schick, VP of US Delivery
Todd joined CEI in 2005 as the Vice President of U.S. Delivery. He is responsible for ensuring the delivery of on time, high-quality solutions by CEI’s “U.S. Projects” unit; this includes oversight of customer engagements, project management and internal IT solutions as they pertain to project delivery. Todd has 19 years of experience in the business and technology fields. During his career, he has been involved in all aspects of development and management of large enterprise software projects. Prior to joining CEI, he was Vice President of R&D and later Vice President of Professional Services at Relex Software Corporation, an engineering products company located in Pittsburgh, PA. At Relex, he was involved in the marketing and technical architecture of the company’s first enterprise-class product offering which in turn contributed to exponential growth of product and services sales in the Enterprise Solutions arena. In 1997 Todd co-founded Signature Solutions, a Pittsburgh-based company which specialized in distributed sales force automation system products and services. In 1999, Signature Solutions was recognized by the Pittsburgh Technology Council as one of the fastest growing technology companies in the region. It was acquired by an engineering consulting firm located in Santa Clara, CA, in 2000. Todd holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Amarendra Singh, Managing Director of India Offshore Delivery Center & Partner
Amar has been with CEI since 1996. He has 13 years of IT experience providing end-to-end software solutions in a variety of development environments, including Java/J2EE, ATG, WebSphere and WebLogic. Amar is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all offshore projects, managing resources, identifying new business opportunities, process maturity in the organization and ensuring that all development processes and standards are followed. Previously, Amar worked as a project manager and architect, overseeing and performing systems analysis design and development. Amar holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from JNU, Delhi.
Steve Mahoney, CTO
Steve has been with CEI since 1999. He has over 12 years experience working in all facets of the software development lifecycle and software/consulting company business processes. He is responsible for architecture definition and scoping on professional services engagements and working with field-level strategic consultants. He manages technical and business alliances and partnership due diligence, as well as research and innovation with CEI's offshore BPO-based research group. Steve leads strategic technology briefings and workshops for executives that define business and technology alignment. Strategy, service alignment and GTM creation are key responsibilities for service innovation and evolution. He has managed product and professional service engagements with clients such as Bunge, Lord Corporation, Alcatel, Nextel and CMP. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University. He currently is involved with the industry leading 'Agile Sourcing' initiative and is working jointly with CMU on the eSCM initiative.
Mike Snell, Vice President, Delivery
Mike joined CEI in 2003, bringing with him over 10 years experience as a software architect and consultant. As the Vice President of US Delivery, Mike is responsible for delivering client solutions built using both Java and the Microsoft .NET Framework. He is a Microsoft-endorsed Regional Director and a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer for Microsoft .NET. This credential is the top-level certification for advanced developers who design and develop leading-edge enterprise solutions using Microsoft development tools. Before joining CEI, Mike worked as an independent consultant, serving as Software Architect/Project Manager on a variety projects using Microsoft development solutions.
Jay Sutermaster, VP of Solutions Sales
Jay joined CEI in 2005, bringing with him more than 20 years of executive management experience. As the VP of Solutions Sales, Jay manages a highly skilled sales team selling IT project and outsourcing services. The team is focused on US and offshore project sales in specific technologies including Microsoft, IBM, BEA and J2EE. Prior to joining CEI, Jay served as President of Great Lakes Warranty Corporation where he achieved significant increases in revenue and profitability, while expanding the company nationwide. As Managing Director of Red Brigade in the UK, he successfully re-established the company as a growing and profitable provider of IT consulting services with an excellent reputation among large clients and alliances. At iGate Corporation, Jay’s roles grew from Regional Director of Central Operations to Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for the US. He also served as International Marketing Manager while at Data General Corporation, and has held positions with IBM, Digital Equipment and Sequent Computer Systems. Jay holds an MBA and Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. Recently, he served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Robert Morris University.
Tim Clougherty, Director of SEPG
Tim has been with CEI since 2001. He is responsible for continually improving CEI’s business processes based on internal metrics and industry best practices. Tim has nearly two decades of QA and process experience that includes time as Manager of Quality Assurance and Business Processes for MetalSite, Inc., an e-commerce marketplace for the metals industry, and as Manager of Reliability Engineering at Formtek Inc., a Lockheed Martin Company. Tim holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
Rob Bartram, Director of MIS
Rob has been with CEI since 1994. He has 17 years of experience in managing the implementation and administration of critical business systems. As Director of MIS, Rob is responsible for leading the architecture, implementation and administration of business information technology solutions. In addition, he is responsible for information security, availability and risk mitigation planning. Prior to joining CEI, Rob was the Senior System Administrator for H.B. Maynard and Company, Inc. |
