D. Raja co-founded CEI in 1992 with the vision of creating a global leader for providing IT solutions in leading edge, niche technologies. Today, under Raja’s astute leadership, CEI can boast of being one of the few companies in the world to provide the benefit of Agile development methodologies, a high level of competence and resource depth in leading edge technologies like Microsoft .NET, BizTalk, SharePoint, Java and Open Source.

Raja’s passion for excellence manifests itself in CEI’s mission to be known and trusted to consistently deliver quality services that exceed customer expectations. On the strength of this guiding philosophy, CEI has grown from strength to strength and has provided IT services to over 1000 clients across the US, including over 60% of Fortune 50 companies.

Raja holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Anna University, India. While still pursuing his Master's, Raja began his professional career as a software engineer. He worked for over five years at Formtek, a Lockheed Company. His sharp business acumen and leadership skills marked him as a star performer at Formtek where he quickly scaled the ranks from software engineer to manager of the software department. In 1992, Raja launched his own consulting and project management practice, a venture that was to become CEI.

Raja was the recipient of the 2007 Smart Business Pacesetters Award for CEO excellence, which recognized his leadership both within Pittsburgh and the region. In 2008, Raja was awarded the Diamond Award by the Pittsburgh Business Times which recognizes local CEO’s in the Pittsburgh region for effective leadership and their commitment to their employees and clients. Raja won the 2008 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and the 2009 Carnegie Science Center Entrepreneur Award for his strong business and leadership skills and his efforts and value he places into the surrounding communities.

Very active in the community, Raja is currently serving as Commissioner of Mt. Lebanon (www.mtlebanon.org) and was formerly President of TiE Pittsburgh (www.tiepgh.org). Providing substantial business and industry acumen to regional organizations, Raja is a member of GSPIA’s CONNECT (Congress of Neighboring Communities (http://connectpittsburgh.wordpress.com/) and an active member (former Chairman) of the Computer Science Industry Board at the University of Pittsburgh (www.cs.pitt.edu/industry).

Barry Zungre, Founding Partner & Board Member
Barry Zungre has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology marketing and sales management. Since his graduation from Duquesne University, Barry has contributed to the success and growth of companies with his sales, marketing, and account development expertise. His experience includes sales management for Burroughs Corporation, Ciber Software Consulting and Mastech Corporation. Throughout his career, Barry has been responsible for opening Fortune 500 accounts and launching major revenue-producing endeavors. As Co-CEO and Co-Founder of CEI, Barry has outlined marketing direction and set the tone for the sales practice.

Barry holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
Michael Taylor, Controller
Mike joined CEI in 2006 as CEI’s Controller. He has thirteen years of auditing, accounting and finance experience. Mike is responsible for the company's financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, oversight of the accounts payable and receivable functions, as well as the payroll and budget planning processes. Prior to joining CEI, Mike was Controller for AMC Settlement Services and worked as a Senior Auditor at Schneider Downs.

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
Will Kenawell, COO/General Counsel & Shareholder
Will joined CEI in 1998 as its General Counsel and in 2005 was assigned the additional responsibilities of COO. Will combines years of prior experience as a commercial litigator with the practical experience as CEI's General Counsel to provide leadership and entrepreneurial spirit to all aspects of CEI operations including the Recruiting, Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Services departments.

Will's prior experience includes time as a commercial litigator with Meyer, Unkovic & Scott and Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott. Prior to entering private practice, Will served a tour of duty as a Judge Advocate with the United States Marine Corps.

Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Anu Dittakavi, HR Manager & Manager of Consultant Services
Anu joined CEI in 2006 as a Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Manager, Consultant Services in July, 2007 to head field employee operations. Prior to joining CEI, Anu headed the operations for a non-profit organization in Pittsburgh, PA and prior to that worked for iGate as a Sr. Human Resources Manager for more than twelve years.

Anu is a certified Human Resources professional with a Masters degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
Shailesh Bokil, Director of Recruiting & Shareholder
Shailesh joined CEI in 1996. Shailesh has over 20 years in the IT industry. Shailesh is responsible for the entire quality process for CEI's technical talent acquisition program including management of the Recruiting Department. Shailesh's prior experience includes working for Pepsico and Syspro Software Systems as an Oracle professional.

Shailesh holds an MBA from Clemson University and is an active member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the Honor Society for Business. He is also the President of the Pittsburgh Cricket Association and on the Board of various local cultural and charity organizations.
Kathy Pinto, Branch Manager of California Office & Shareholder
Kathy joined CEI in 2001 as a National Program Manager at CEI's Pittsburgh headquarters. In 2003, she was promoted to Branch Manager of CEI's CA office where she is responsible for enhancing profitability and growing market share within CEI's West Coast clientele. Prior to joining CEI, Kathy was a Senior Sales Associate at Metrocall Wireless Communications and was a two-time recipient of the National Achievement Award.

Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communications from John Carroll University.
Amarendra Singh, Managing Director of India Offshore Delivery Center & Shareholder
Amar has been with CEI since 1996. He has 16 years of IT experience providing end-to-end software solutions in a variety of development environments, including Java/J2EE, ATG, WebSphere and WebLogic. Amar is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all offshore projects, managing resources, identifying new business opportunities, process maturity in the organization and ensuring that all development processes and standards are followed. Previously, Amar worked as a project manager and architect, overseeing and performing systems analysis design and development.

Amar holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from JNU, Delhi and an executive MBA from IIM Kolkata.
Mike Snell, Vice President of US Delivery & Shareholder
Mike joined CEI in 2003 bringing with him over 10 years experience as a software architect and consultant. Mike is responsible for delivering client solutions built using both Java and the Microsoft .NET Framework. Mike is a Microsoft-endorsed Regional Director and a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer for Microsoft .NET. This credential is the top-level certification for advanced developers who design and develop leading-edge enterprise solutions using Microsoft development tools. Before joining CEI, Mike worked as an independent consultant serving as a Software Architect/Project Manager on a variety projects using Microsoft development solutions.

Mike has a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Michigan.
Tom Suttmiller, Senior Solutions Sales Manager
Tom joined CEI in 2009 as the Senior Solutions Sales Manager of CEI’s J2EE practice. Tom has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry working in various sales and delivery capacities. Tom is responsible with coordinating sales efforts within his team and driving opportunities to closure. Prior to joining CEI, Tom worked with Corning Data Services in a similar capacity. Previously, Tom worked at DataProfit Corporation where he was the Mid-Atlantic Regional Director. Tom began his IT career in 1987 with Hamilton Sundstrand, a division of United Technologies.

Tom holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Hartford.
Ryan Baker, Microsoft Sales Manager & Shareholder
Ryan joined CEI in 2003 and has thirteen years of sales experience including eleven as a Gold Certified Microsoft Partner. He manages sales and marketing for CEI’s Microsoft Practice and is also responsible for the Microsoft relationship. Prior to joining CEI, Ryan worked as an Account Manager at Ernst & Young Technologies in the Washington, DC area and at Ashland Chemical in Chicago.

Ryan holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Tim Cron, Pittsburgh Branch Manager
Tim joined CEI in 2010 as CEI’s Pittsburgh Branch Manager. He has over five years of sales and sales management experience in the IT services industry. Tim is responsible for the day to day management of the Pittsburgh Branch and also services several key accounts. Prior to joining CEI, Tim held multiple roles for Insight Global including account manager and sales manager. He has worked in the industry in several major cities including Raleigh, Dallas and Philadelphia.

Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
Ron Lyndon, Director of Client Solutions
Ron Joined CEI in 2009. He has over 11 years of IT industry experience. Ron worked at Mastech, Inc. for 9 years in multiple positions including: Account Manager, National Account Manager, Division Manager, and Director of Sales and Recruiting.

Ron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
